What is Natural Facelift Massage?

Natural Facelift Massage, also known as Facial Rejuvenation or Natural Facelift Therapy, is a non-invasive, holistic treatment that uses massage techniques to improve the appearance of the face. It typically involves a series of gentle but firm massage movements that stimulate the skin, muscles, and lymphatic system, helping to reduce tension, improve circulation, and encourage the removal of toxins. Consider it a deep tissue massage for the face!

This massage is designed to promote a more youthful, lifted appearance by reducing puffiness, softening fine lines, and improving skin elasticity. You will find it plumps the skin where needed, as well as naturally lifting sagging areas. It can also relieve stress and headaches, and can improve overall skin tone, all without the need for surgical procedures or injections.

Clients find it an incredibly relaxing treatment and results can often be seen and felt even after the first session. It leaves your face feeling refreshed, with a natural glow.

It can be booked as a one-off session (60 min appointment at £65), or as a package of four sessions to be taken over the course of a month (at a special discounted price – please enquire direct as spaces are limited: rosaliebeale@gmail.com / 07855 062493)

Pregnancy massage is a wonderful way to support the well being of both you and your baby. It can relieve many common discomforts associated with pregnancy such as low back pain, cramps, swelling and water retention, hip and thigh pain, carpal tunnel and sciatica.

Remedial techniques combined with relaxing strokes leave you feeling not only pampered but help alleviate any pain you are experiencing. A soothing Mother’s Massage oil are used for their extreme gentleness, while calendula, shea butter and jojoba oils nourish stretching skin.

This massage is suitable during all stages of pregnancy, and is carried out in the side-lying position with lots of pillows and bolsters for added comfort.

Pregnancy massage, 1hr £65

facial

Yes, even men should have regular facials! Once a week you should be giving yourself a full facial at home, and once a month you should come see me – here’s why…

– Promotes relaxation

– Improves skin tone, texture & appearance

– Deep pore cleansing, removes impurities & excess oil

– Skin Analysis – using the right products for your skin type

– Removal of dead skin cells through exfoliation

– Stimulates the circulation, bringing oxygen to the skin

– Leads to firmer, more radiant skin

– Minimises fine lines and wrinkles

– Moisturises & hydrates

My top tip to everyone is to exfoliate twice a week. This is vital for combatting dull, dry, rough skin and for promoting a healthy, youthful and fresh look. You shouldn’t exfoliate more than twice a week as this will strip the skin of its natural barrier and affect the PH levels.

Skin is your body’s largest organ, so a good skin care routine with top-quality organic products is just as important as eating a well-balanced diet, exercising regularly, drinking enough water and getting enough sleep… so schedule in your facial as soon as possible!

(…and in the meantime ensure you cleanse, tone & moisturise twice a day, and your wrinkles will thank you!!)

Rosalie-Detox-Massage

Is it time for a ‘clear out’? Have you over-indulged, or do you feel sluggish? My Detox Treatment is a powerful process, combining reflex points in your feet with a deep and powerful Colon Treatment. Your body’s natural instinct to detoxify and cleanse itself will be stimulated, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer and rebalanced.

The 4-week Detox Package consists of a one-hour treatment each week for four weeks, for £100 – saving £60!

One-off Detox Treatments are also available for £40.

Like most natural therapies, massage has a cumulative effect, meaning that when you have regular sessions, one or two weeks apart, you will notice more benefits each time. Your body ‘remembers’ how good it felt after the previous sessions and automatically starts to release tension the moment you get on the massage table. This means that your third session is 10 X more effective than your first.

By stimulating the reflexes on your feet, we can affect and detoxify the whole body, and restore the normal functioning of glands and organs.

The colon is our main organ of elimination. If the colon stops working properly, then the body starts to re-absorb toxins in a process called auto-intoxication. Toxins create illness and weaken the system. Poor colon health can cause anything from low energy, irritation, and bad breath to chronic lower back pain and weakened immunity. Massage ‘wakes up’ the muscles of the colon by toning and stimulating it, and restoring it to its optimum health, enabling it to cleanse the body of toxins and chemicals.

As with any detox programme, the following are also advised: daily self-colon massage; daily dry body brushing to stimulate lymph and blood circulation for the removal of impurities from under the skin’s surface; taking regular baths to soften and cleanse the skin (the body’s largest eliminative organ); eating a healthy and balanced diet; and ensuring optimum hydration levels, by drinking 2 litres of water a day and reducing caffeine and alcohol intake.

JING Advanced Clinical Massage Certificate

JING Advanced Clinical Massage Certificate

When I first moved to Brighton, I met someone who told me that the best place in the country to train in massage was here in Brighton, at the JING institute of Advanced Massage Training. It reminded me of my passion for healing and inspired me to change my career, follow my dreams, and train with them.

I began training with JING as soon as I’d qualified (with distinction!) and now have several of their post-grad courses under my belt, and more certificates than I know what to do with! I’ve also almost finished the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist Certificate (ACMT), which spans a year of study.

Last month we had the Upper Body Mastery review days. Going back over protocols for helping people suffering from low back pain, rotator cuff pain, shoulder and neck pain, and arm & wrist pain. We looked specifically at how to help treat common injuries and pain in these areas, such as RSI, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury and whiplash. It’s all been so helpful for all the clients I’ve treated since.

Last weekend I dedicated 3 days to an Advanced Sports Stretching course. Effective stretching is an essential part of massage therapy and can provide exceptional results in the rehabilitation of chronic pain conditions. We covered how to stretch every major joint and muscle in the body safely and effectively, and after three days of being stretched myself, I know it definitely works!

You see, a massage isn’t simply a relaxing experience, like many people think. The power of touch can be immense and the massage industry is trying to educate people about just how beneficial massage can be. Don’t just take my word for it, book in for a session to experience it for yourself!

Recently completed courses

• 27 November – 1 December: Advanced No Hands Massage

• 12 – 14 December: Advanced Sports Stretching

Upcoming courses

• 8-9 January: Hip & Pelvis Advanced Massage

• 5-6 February: Leg, knee & foot Advanced Massage

Coffee Morning Massage Fundraiser for Macmillan

The Werks, Church rd, Hove – November 2014

macmillan_3

I was invited to a local co-working community’s coffee morning, to offer my massage services to office workers.

Two hours of back-to-back, ten minute neck & shoulder massage slots, and several yummy home-made cakes and cups of coffee later, £90 of donations had been raised for Macmillan Cancer Support, as a belated part of their World’s Largest Coffee Morning.

Thanks to everyone who came along and especially to those who donated, and congratulations to Penny Lunn, who won the prize draw for an hour’s free treatment with me!

If you are organising a charity fundraiser, or work in an office where people are in need of some massage in Brighton & Hove, get in touch and I’d be happy to come along to offer my services!
