Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellation policy: Payment is required at point of booking. All payments are fully non-refundable. For any appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, your appointment can be rescheduled to another day (subject to availability). This will not be possible for treatments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, unless your slot can be filled with another client (which I will always endeavour to do first). For clients who have not yet paid, but have made a verbal agreement with me for their next appointment date, these same rules apply.
  • Appointment times represent the total appointment time at the venue, not the total treatment time. Bookings are subject to availability and booking early is encouraged to avoid disappointment.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months only. They must be mentioned at time of booking and presented on day of treatment.
  • It is advisable to book your follow-up massage during your visit (to return within 1 month).
  • Any medical condition should be advised of at the time of booking, and please ensure you are aware of any contraindications. If you book and have a contraindication, making me unable to treat you, I am unable to offer any refunds.
  • Rosalie Holistic Therapy is a female-only wellbeing health centre. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes comments or actions of a sexual nature, poor hygiene, and being rude or disrespectful. Please do not smoke prior to your appointment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment at any time, and you may be liable for payment of the terminated treatment.
  • Payment should be made in advance by using the online booking system – Square & Stripe. Payments by bank transfer need to be made at least 48hrs before the day before your treatment – please request details. Payments on the day by card reader or cash are only allowed with prior agreement.
  • If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time will be shortened, in order to accommodate the appointments which follow yours.
  • Akashic Records sessions – As per my insurance: All psychic and Akashic Records work is for entertainment purposes. Your choices are always your own.
  • Massage – Massage should not be used in place of conventional medical care. Always consult a GP or health professional for medical attention and advice.
