Based from my home studio in Deer Park, Henfield is just a short distance from Henfield high street, West Sussex, and I also work from the treatment room at Pilates Evolved as part of the team there.

What I offer is so much more than just a Massage or Facial. It’s not just a fabulous treat for the body and skin to rejuvenate and refresh. My treatments are about feeling the most relaxed you have felt in years, about reconnecting to yourself, about finding that sense of peace you lose in the business of the daily grind. Yes – they are highly effective for stress relief and can help support other issues, such as muscular injuries, headaches, skin problems and for general relaxation. And, they can also be transformational on a much deeper level – leaving you feeling the best you’ve felt in years.

I combine the physical benefits you will get from Massage and Facials, with nurturing and aligning energy work of Reiki. I work intuitively, depending on what you and your body need that day, to create a bespoke session.

Above all, my treatments are aimed at helping you to relax, clear your mind and let go of all the worries in your head.

My speciality is making a Bespoke, Deep & Relaxing treatment, tailored to each individual. I will combine all the various different styles and techniques I have that are suitable to you on the day. You will leave feeling the most relaxed you have for years.

My massage therapies are not a one size fits all solution, so upon arrival for your appointment, I’ll assess your health and general well being, and then you’ll be invited to relax in the comfort and privacy of my warm and welcoming home.

I’m fully qualified, trained and certified so that I can offer you the best treatment for your peace of mind and total relaxation.

I only use the best quality ethical products, too, including the wonderful award-winning products from Neal’s Yard Remedies.
