About Me
My name is Rosie, (or Rosalie!). Having lived by the seafront of Hove for 8 years, building a wonderful client base, I then moved to the country village of Henfield, and set up a practice here also. I’ve now been in Henfield for five years and it has been such a lovely area to set up my practice and to welcome new clients, as well as continuing to see my previous clients, many of whom have now been coming to see me for over ten years now!

My Background
I have experience as a teacher and also as a tour guide in Latin America and London – contrasting roles and cultures, as I’m sure you can imagine. When I spent time in Guatemala at a spiritual centre I was introduced to Indian Head Massage and Reiki. Helping people through touch lies at the heart of the human condition and learning about it made a big impression on me.
I’m fully qualified and insured as a therapeutic massage specialist (see below). My speciality is combining all the massage techniques and styles into a deeply relaxing and highly effective treatment tailored just for you. Depending on what is needed, I can combine No Hands Massage , Hot Stone Massage , Pregnancy Massage , Advanced Clinical Massage and Indian Head Massage .
For your facials, I use the skincare range from Neal’s Yard Remedies. I use only these high quality and organic products in my treatments, so you will benefit from the therapeutic essential oils and aromatherapy from these products. My clients say these facials are so much more deeply relaxing than any other they have experienced. Choose between (or combine the two) Holistic Facials and V Lift Facial – Natural Facelift Massage to target the face and signs of ageing. These are both highly effective and extremely relaxing, and can be booked as a stand-alone treatment, or can be combined with any body massage or Reiki energy.
The power of touch cannot always be explained. Energy work, such as Reiki energy can be transmitted during a treatment and can offer an immense sense of reconnection to your true self. I am now a Reiki Master in Holy Fire Reiki as well as a Practitioner in Angelic Reiki and Usui Reiki. This can be transmitted into your session and can either be added to a massage or facial, or for more benefit – booked as a stand alone treatment.
This year I deepened my understanding of the unseen worlds around us, by studying to become an Akashic Records guide. Through this deep and powerful, meditative work, I can take clients on a journey to discover what may be holding them back, or to find answers about their life, past lives, present and future.
